The ones below 80 are popping after 9 PM EST (Rav's been in them), the level 80 ones are a waste of time, looks like.

Yes, but what about end-game pvp? Is there any of that yet?
If you don't do the mid level pvp, the end game pvp is pointless. PVP ranks give buffs, and a 1 pvp rank difference is enough to make the higher one untouchable for the lower one. The scenarios are there and they do pop, but as a rank 0 participant, you're nothing but free points.

Was thinking about giving it another (3rd) shot, but now.. meh. I'll just continue getting alt-crazy on Warhammer destro for a bit.

Well, the high level dungeons are fun, and it's not like it's easy to get bored from the PVE here (that will take you a few factioned-out/maxed-out alts). Just get an alt to 80 here!
