It's nearly time! Less than a month to go before we all meet in Tanunda. Where are we all coming from? We are heading down from Byron. Any thoughts on the easiest way to cross to the Newell, Casino across to Tenterfield or Grafton across to Glenn Innes? We plan on going via hay to Mildura then across to Tanunda. Lots of caravan parks in Mildura, thoughts on the best one?

thanks for any thoughts you might have.

Cheers

Karen and Robert Very Happy

Thanks John and Maureen!

Another quick question if you don;t mind. What kind of weather can we expect at that time. In other words how hot could it get? haha
I have been wondering of we may need some kind of 12 volt fan, the aircon is great of course but noisy for neighbours if going all night!

Cheers

Karen and Robert

Hi Karen and Robert,
Bit soon to tell you what the weather will be when you arrive but normally it is the hotter side of summer in February March over here If anything like Xmas and New year 39deg you will need your fan I had my aircon on 24hrs on a few occasions, I would bring a fan or anything that helps Dont forget your bathers got a nice Salt water pool in the park
will keep in touch and let you know how weather is going,
when are you leaving.
Look forward to meeting new and old members catching up with all who have attended in the past See you soon

We are bracing ourselves for hot weather. Not sure if February was the right month to have a muster away from the coast. We are in the market for a fan although our Aircon works well.
We will leave Byron either on the 31st Jan or 1 Feb. We'd like to visit Lake Mungo on the way through and spent at least 2 days in Mildura but we haven't actually planned our route yet.
Stefano de Pieri's restaurant is a must for us.

It's less than a month away so we'll need to slowly get into caravan mode.

Regards

Robert & Karen
