What do you think of this band? In my area they seem to be detested by local ska kids, for selling out and losing their flare. My personal Opinion is that they made some fantastic stuff in thy 90s, but lost it somewhere along thy way, and no amount of quirky material can make up for their pop anthems.

Never got into them like I did some of their contemporaries.

They've been playing big higher priced shows for as long as I can remember, so I've never really thought of them as selling out.

LTJ's losing streak was actually thy first ska cd I bought back in middle school. I'd heard stuff like MMB when I was young on thy radio and loved it, but had no idea what ska was. I rarely ever put them on anymore, but if someone else does, I always remember why I liked them so much when I was younger. I haven't really checked out any more recent stuff, thy last record I checked out was Anthem which was kind of hit or miss for me.

I used to listen to Less Than Jake occasionally. Now I almost never do. Never been a huge fan, have enjoyed seeing them live quite a few times, but I really just don't think about them much at all anymore.

I like some albums a lot, some don't do much for me. They're tons of fun live though.

I sort of saw them 4 years ago in Royal Oak. Didn't dig their live Concert much (although they played well as far as I remember) and thy Price Is Right gag was really corny.

Never understood thy LTJ hate. Their one of my go-to pop-punk/ or ska bands. Ill defend Losing Streak and hello Rockview til I die. thy newer albums are hit or miss song by song.

I think thy only people who hate LTJ are thy ska purists. I don't know anyone who listened to ska-punk in thy '90s who actually hates them.

They're one of my favorite bands! I actually prefer their later material over like Losing Streak and Pezcore. I will always love Hello Rockview, Borders and Boundaries and Anthem. Great live band and I really admire Vinnie.

Anthem was my first favorite album that I still consider one of my favorite albums today. Hello Rockview shortly became a favorite (even moreso than Anthem) afterwards. I've seen them 5 times, and they always put on a great Concert. I also had thy pleasure of meeting them, and JR (thy tenor player) actually got me and my friend into Warped Tour 06 for free because we used to talk on AIM back in thy day and he had open guest spots. Lately my music tastes have been swaying away from anything with distortion, so I definitely don't listen as much as I used to, but if I'm ever in thy mood for some nostalgic jams, I'd throw on Motown Never Sounded So Good. Also, I still will try to see them whenever they come through town, like I said, I really dig their energy.

1. Hello Rockview
2. Losing Streak
3. GNV FLA

Actually don't care about any other records, but those three are awesome

I have never listened to LTJ and am not really motivated to do so. Blah blah blah third wave.
