Well I'm proud to be the first one to tell you about my love story with Datagrid.

It happend all some months ago, when I was searching for a nice Datagrid in PHP, easy to understand, to set up and to improve it with my own functions.

Well having tested several commercial and free software I finally came to datagrid.

First of all I decided to leave the page immediatly, after seeing the Source Code of the prog, cause it was too much for me, but than the simply but powerful features convinienced me to stay and try it a bit more.
After having disturbed the good Admin 1000 of times, I found another PRO for the Datagrid, and it was the community and the helpful people all in first as said the dear Mr. Admin

Right now I'm very very proud to be a moderator for this forum, and trying to give the same help to others, like I got in the beginning.


Datagrid is indeed a bit confusing in the beginning, and the lack of documentation seems horrible, but after trying a bit around and understanding the main logic, I realised that its capable to do anything.
I can write every function I can imagine and implement it, so its very interesting for a specialised work where the customer has a lot of ideas and wants to see them in the grid.

The lack of documentation, is for me just a temporary, because that only means there are too less people to do the work. Im sure if every one helps a bit, there can be a great DOCU ... but still the Forum answered me all the questions I got. Maybe not always immediately, but it did.

After all I can say Im still really really happy to have found this beautiful piece of code, and to share my ideas about Datagrid with all of you out there.
